I always enjoy coming to this place. I came here for dinner. Let me tell you, the service has been a major, major upgrade from before.
We ordered causa de pollo. It was delicious!!! The server named Ivan which was great, recommended chicha to drink. It was phenomenon. We ordered the jalea. It's a mix fried seafood plate. The regular is massive in size, it easily serves 5 people. We also ordered arroz chaufa , which is a stir fried rice with egg. That was great!
This has always been one of my favorite places, with the upgrade with the fantastic server Ivan, I'm sure to come back more often. -

Not recommended big groups until there is better administration. I took my employs for a baby shower to this restaurant, worse decision. First appetizer took one hour, then 2 more hours for the entrees. My guest were disappointed of me by choosing such a poor quality and bad service restaurant.
The appetizer 6in plate with peanuts? For 28 people?
If you are a business person and this happens to you, you can order seamless from another restaurant and eat it there. -

I used to frequent this place when i was in my college years. But havent visited lately. The tacu tacu (refried beans and overnight rice) is great. The steak however is thin and leaves more to be desired. If your in the area try it out, if not then it isnt worth the trip.

The worst breakfast in JH. We couldn't believe that for two fried eggs rice and beans they took half an hour. The breakfast was suppose to bring an arepa, and they didn't have it and instead they gave us bread. Which was awful because we especially order those breakfast thinking to have arepa for our child. The eggs were over cooked. The salt was stuck in the shaker and the waitress saw us trying to get some salt and she did nothing. Horrible service! Horrible food! Never get refill on coffee and we never got water on out tables. Well never come back here.
